Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions A Marketing Operations Director is a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies, ensuring measurable results, resource optimization, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop end-to-end complete experiences, from start to finish. * Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers to define design solutions. * Create and deliver high-quality interfaces that enhance the visual language of our products. * Maintain a 360-degree perspective on both the area you work in and the business as a whole. * Collaborate with, assist, and review the work of junior designers. * Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions. * Present design projects to stakeholders and collect feedback. * Develop detailed design deliverables and oversee implementation alongside developers. * Conduct design and usability testing. * Build and maintain internal design systems. * Suggest improvements that contribute to the overall direction of our products and strategies. * Participate in shaping Moblix's design culture. * Help maintain and improve the internal design process. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related fields, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of professional experience in digital experience design. * Portfolio demonstrating visual skills and attention to detail. * Experience designing web and mobile applications. * Ability to analyze and simplify complex problems. * Strong understanding of design languages and iOS and Android design patterns. * Proficiency with advanced design tools such as Sketch or Figma. * Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes. * Comprehensive mastery of design principles. * Solid knowledge of the product development process. * Up-to-date with industry design trends and best practices. * Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Team-oriented, enjoys collaboration and knowledge sharing. * Capacity and willingness to learn and develop design leadership skills. * Experience working with and building design systems. ### **Benefits:** Competitive salary Health benefits Equity participation Flexible working hours Regular team events Travel opportunities for conferences and events Professional growth opportunities Collaborative and motivated team Support for education and development Transportation benefits Paid holidays#### **Job Details** ##### **Job Type** Full-time\nOn-site##### **Location** Brasília##### **Salary** Negotiable
