We seek entrepreneurial, innovative individuals to contribute to our mission of developing new solutions and scaling them in the market. ‍ **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs using best practices in software engineering. * Provide technical leadership to the backend development team on complex projects, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. * Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and ensure continuous integration. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues in existing systems by implementing optimizations and improvements. * Maintain cloud architecture and infrastructure. **Qualifications** What we’re looking for: Advanced/Fluent spoken English Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), Django, FastAPI, Flask (Python) Databases: Advanced experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra). Data modeling and query optimization. System Architecture: Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Service Bus), and design patterns. Cloud: Practical experience with Azure infrastructure. Knowledge of AWS and GCP is a plus. APIs: Development and consumption of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger. Version Control: Proficiency in Git and associated workflows (e.g., Git Flow, GitHub Flow). Testing: Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. DevOps/CI/CD Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and log aggregation platforms (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk). Knowledge of Linux and WSL is a plus.
