Job Summary: The professional will perform software verification and validation activities, focusing on functional, manual, and automated testing to ensure delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the development team during Sprints . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute software verification and validation activities, focusing on functional, manual, and automated testing; * Develop, maintain, and execute test automations using industry-recognized best practices and proven techniques; * Perform validations on final packages resulting from integrations, branches, and development merges; * Support version and internal environment certification processes; * Collaborate closely with the development team throughout Sprints to ensure delivery quality; * Support continuous integration and CI/CD pipeline activities; * Manage personal workload proactively, communicating risks, blockers, or delays to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's, postgraduate, or MBA degree in IT, with a minimum of 360 hours; * Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT; * Solid knowledge of test automation and manual testing (voice and text); * Experience with testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Postman, JMeter, and Robot Framework; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD, preferably using Azure DevOps; * Proficiency in programming languages such as C\#, .NET, and/or JavaScript; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Certification in software testing (ATC, CBTS, CTFL, or CTAL – TA, TAE, TM), or equivalent. If not currently certified, candidate must be available and willing to obtain it after hiring.
