Job Summary: The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing LLM-based solutions, integrating data flows and automations to support strategic AI initiatives. Integration of AI with corporate systems via n8n and APIs The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing solutions based on **Large Language Models (LLM)**, integrating data flows, ETL pipelines, and automations via **n8n**, to support strategic artificial intelligence initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, data science, and business units, ensuring models are efficient, secure, and integrated into the company’s technology ecosystem. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * **Prompt Development and Optimization:** * Create, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to maximize accuracy, relevance, and efficiency. * Implement techniques such as *prompt chaining*, *prompt engineering*, and *few/zero\-shot learning*. * **AI Integration with Corporate Systems:** * Build and maintain integrations via **n8n** and REST/SOAP APIs. * Orchestrate automated workflows connecting LLMs to CRMs, ERPs, customer service platforms, and analytics tools. * **Data Engineering and ETL:** * Develop data pipelines to feed AI models. * Implement extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes with emphasis on performance and data quality. * **AI Project Management:** * Serve as technical lead for AI projects, from discovery through deployment. * Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and business requirements. * **AI Security and Governance:** * Ensure compliance with security policies, LGPD, and data governance standards. * Document prompt development and integration processes and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * \+5 years in technical roles involving data engineering, development, or AI. * Practical experience with **LLMs** (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, etc.). * Proficiency in **n8n** or similar integration platforms. * Strong background in **ETL/ELT** and data architecture. * Active participation in enterprise AI project implementations. **Desired Technical Skills:** * Python, SQL, JavaScript. * REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks. * Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). * AI/ML frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face). **Behavioral Competencies** * Ability to solve complex problems creatively and precisely. * Clear communication oriented toward both business and technology stakeholders. * Collaborative work within multidisciplinary squads. * Attention to detail and focus on delivery quality. * Mindset of innovation and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Compensation Package** * Market-competitive PJ salary. * TotalPass * Starbem At **Febracis**, we believe in the power of transformative connections.
