Whether onsite or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with knowledge-sharing moments, fun activities, and professional growth opportunities—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your role will include:** * Hybrid engagement in projects and processes; * Developing and communicating standards, methodologies (agile and/or traditional), and tools to be used for project management; * Supporting project management through facilitation between business units and clients, and assisting technical leadership; * Preparing materials and facilitating executive and managerial project status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans; * Ensuring effectiveness of the project quality control process; * Identifying improvements in existing processes; * Analyzing and implementing enhancements to automation processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency (may be required for daily use); * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience working with KPIs; * Experience with Agile methodology; **Nice to have:** * Experience in IT companies; * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP; * Intermediate Spanish. **Additional information** **The selection process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to delivering a positive candidate experience.
