For more information about the company: https://www.iav.com/ **About the opportunity:** According to the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) glossary, integration testing is performed to expose defects in interfaces and interactions between integrated components or systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our colleagues from the German headquarters and support them across various testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect reporting, and verification of problem resolution. These activities primarily involve electronic modules and vehicle technological functions currently under development. To explore all our opportunities, visit: https://iav.gupy.io/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct bench tests (Hardware-in-the-Loop, Infotainment, etc.) and support validation of new software and system versions. * Actively contribute to global Software/Hardware development projects for the automotive industry. * Analyze, report, and track the status of automotive defects identified during testing. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure technical delivery and project quality. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by proposing enhancements and innovations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields), or nearing completion. * Programming knowledge in at least one relevant language (e.g., Python, C, C\+\+). * Knowledge of automotive electronics (e.g., communication protocols such as OBD, UDS, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, etc.). * Intermediate or advanced English (daily conversational proficiency) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in specific automotive domains (e.g., HiL, XiL, ADAS, Infotainment, Powertrain, etc.). * Programming knowledge in CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink. * Basic or intermediate German. **What We Look For In You** * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenges. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and focus on problem-solving. * Interest in innovation and continuous learning **Additional Information** **What IAV Offers** * CLT employment contract * Flexible working hours * Meal or food allowance * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Training incentives: languages and specializations * Life, health, and dental insurance * Partnerships with universities and language schools **The Company**: IAV is one of the world's leading companies providing automotive engineering services.
