Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Designer to create digital experiences and transform healthcare, collaborating on the development of the design area and applying agile methodologies. Opportunity to create experiences for digital products impacting healthcare Description: WHAT WE SEEK (but do not expect a single candidate to meet all requirements):* Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience as a Product Designer, applying Discovery and Delivery; * Solid knowledge of information architecture, visual design, UX writing, and qualitative and quantitative research; * Experience with agile methodologies, working in squads and using management tools such as Jira; * Proficiency in design tools like Figma for creating prototypes, wireframes, and interfaces; * Excellent communication skills to clearly and assertively present and defend design decisions. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience with digital educational products (EdTech), online learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or technology solutions focused on education; * Knowledge of Design Systems, with practical experience in creation, implementation, and maintenance; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to design; * Experience with gamification, focused on creating engagement experiences; * Portfolio demonstrating your process and case studies evidencing your ability to solve complex design problems. HOW YOU WILL TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE DAILY:* Create experiences for digital products, focusing on web and mobile; * Plan and conduct research, interviews, validations, and usability tests with end users, analyzing and correlating data to generate improvement insights; * Plan and facilitate workshops and co-creation processes, using facilitation tools and fostering a collaborative environment; * Develop navigation flows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces to guide product development, adhering to design and accessibility principles; * Ensure all interfaces are inclusive and accommodate diverse user profiles; * Actively collaborate in the development of the design area, supporting leadership and continuously sharing learnings with design and product teams. 2511270202401833751
