Product Analyst III (Temporary)

We are seeking a strategic thinker and transformational professional to lead one of the key initiatives in our technology journey. As a Product Analyst III, you will face the challenge of spearheading a systemic transition, with your role being to ensure business continuity and excellence in our partners' experience throughout this entire systemic transition process. This is a highly visible and impactful role, where your mission will be to orchestrate an end-to-end migration, mitigate risks, overcome resistance to change, and ensure that the new ecosystem not only replaces the previous one but also elevates the delivery standard and operational efficiency. If you thrive on complex challenges and can effectively navigate between technology, business, and partner experience, this is the right place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transition Management: Strategically lead the platform transition lifecycle, ensuring a structured process without critical disruptions to business operations or revenue. * Office Operationalization: Manage the adoption lifecycle of the new platform, ensuring functionalities meet critical requirements and are fully adopted by users. * B2B Partner Migration: Serve as the focal point for strategic partner migration, managing complex timelines, expectations, and negotiating temporary workarounds when necessary. * Stakeholder Alignment: Lead and facilitate communication among Engineering, Operations, and Business units to identify systemic dependencies and remove blockers impeding the transition. * Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze usage metrics, volume, and performance indicators to determine technical and business triggers for platform evolution. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance UX/UI in the Office during the transition phase, acting swiftly to accelerate adoption. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven and solid track record in Product Management, including prior experience executing large-scale platform transitions and/or system migrations. * Hands-on experience working directly with B2B partners to drive systemic transition processes. * Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, managing technical and operational resistance to change. * History of data-driven product decisions based on structured data (analytical capability to assess context and act accordingly). * Proficiency in building and managing roadmaps focused on transition and adoption. * Experience conducting Product Discovery centered on process adaptation and feature parity mapping. * Practical understanding of business metrics and product adoption metrics. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Product Management, Digital Business, Agile Management, or Technology is desirable. **Languages and Differentiators:** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Certifications in Product Management (PSPO, CSPO, PM3\) or Agile Methodologies. **TEMPORARY CONTRACT** **Work Modality:** On-site (Uberlândia and regional offices) / Remote (all other locations).
