Job Summary: We are seeking a Power Platform Designer focused on requirements gathering and business understanding, capable of transforming complex needs into efficient digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, operating from discovery through acceptance. Bridge between business areas and technical teams We are looking for a Power Platform Designer with strong expertise in requirements gathering and business understanding, capable of transforming complex needs into efficient digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role spans from need discovery (discovery), through solution design, to acceptance testing, serving as a key communication link between business areas and technical teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create prototypes, wireframes, and navigation flows (UX/UI) to facilitate system development; * Lead and support requirements gathering with stakeholders and business areas; * Map current processes (AS\-IS) and propose improvements (TO\-BE), at both process and technical levels; * Translate business needs into functional solutions within the Power Platform environment; * Specify functional requirements and business rules, converting them into prototypes; * Support backlog prioritization with stakeholders; * Design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint; * Document processes, requirements, and solutions; * Act as a bridge between users and the development team; * Support delivery validation with end users (acceptance); * Support continuous improvement and evolution of internal and client systems; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed in Web Design, Graphic Design with Digital emphasis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration, or related fields **Mandatory Knowledge** * Experience in **UI and UX Design** * Experience in **requirements gathering and analysis** * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS * Experience with prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools) * Process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar) * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) * SharePoint * UX/UI applied to corporate systems * Writing functional documentation (user stories, use cases, etc.) **Desirable Certifications (Preferred)** * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL\-900\) * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL\-200\) * UX/UI certifications **Portfolio (Mandatory)** * Present prototypes you developed or contributed to developing * Examples of applications or automations you built * Description of the business problem \+ proposed solution **Advantages** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Knowledge of Power Apps. **Preference for Recife, Brasília, or Fortaleza.** **Additional Information** Our benefits: Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (per regional CCT rates); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Totalpass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition assistance; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for newborns; Moodar platform.
