Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop scalable solutions, maintain codebase quality, mentor junior developers, and work on highly technically complex projects. Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth. **We are seeking someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features; * Lead and conduct technical refinement sessions for requirements provided by the product team; * Maintain codebase health and quality, balancing new feature development with technical debt resolution; * Develop scalable solutions used by millions of users; * Critically evaluate monitoring and observability practices; * Maintain automated tests, including creation of new ones; * Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth; * Author technical documentation for new features; * Participate in team ceremonies alongside other team members. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience developing applications/front-end using React Native and React; * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; * Experience with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios; * Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architecture; * Experience with Node.js + NestJS; * Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL); - Oracle - MongoDB * RDS * Experience with message-based communication (RabbitMQ and SQS); * Experience, understanding, and knowledge of microservices architecture; * Experience designing REST APIs; * Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit 5) and Contract Testing (Pact); * Experience with Axway - API Gateway; - Experience with Git and source code versioning; * Experience with Dynatrace; * Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization; * Strong coding practices, documentation standards, and UI/component development; * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; * Willingness to pursue new knowledge and embrace new challenges; * 3 years of experience in highly technically complex projects and processes **Desirable:** **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **comprehensive medical and dental coverage**, with no copay for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
