We seek individuals who are willing to learn at all times, step out of their comfort zones, and actively contribute to self-managed teams. **As a Hands-on Software Architect, you will have the opportunity to:** * Lead technology selection and discussions for projects, grounding architectural decisions. * Participate from product and service ideation and conception through to delivery and ongoing support. * Code critical architectural components, implementing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and resolving complex technical debt. * Ensure and promote agile delivery practices, continuous integration, and test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), modeling techniques, and \*pair programming\* across the team. * Serve as a technical reference and mentor for the development team, ensuring the technical evolution of projects for nationally and internationally relevant enterprises. Advanced experience with the Azure ecosystem, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Service Bus. **We expect you to have strong proficiency in (Technical Requirements):** **Architecture, Engineering, and Quality** * Completed undergraduate degree and solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented principles. * Strong focus on and governance of code quality and performance, covering application, database, and network layers. * Proven experience with observability and messaging systems (Service Bus, Kafka). * Experience with agile culture and methodologies (Scrum).
