Build this story with us.** Lot Paranapanema is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and is part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the State of São Paulo's Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are upgrading 285 km of highways with an investment of R$ 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. With lane duplications, new overpasses, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for Raposo Tavares Highway. And none of this happens without people. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and register results of admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations, as well as medical leave certificates, into the system. * Assist in systematically monitoring employees’ health status, identifying occupational diseases, traumatic injuries, and epidemiological illnesses using submitted medical certificates and clinical records. * Record statistical data on pathologies and workplace accidents. * Monitor absences via medical certificates. * Coordinate with INSS (Forms B31 and B91) regarding FAP. * Participate in accident prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation programs. * Carry out tasks related to public health education campaigns. * Supervise employees with minor illnesses or injuries and those on leave, under supervision. * Perform duties relevant to the field of practice using computer equipment and software. * Support and execute other tasks essential to sector operations, consistent with the role. * Promote actions to maintain safe and healthy occupational environments. * Develop and plan initiatives focused on workers’ quality of life and health prevention, such as medical programs, vaccination campaigns, etc. * Monitor absenteeism rate. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** * Vocational Nursing Technician course and active registration with COREN; * Occupational Nursing specialization required; * Driver’s License Category B; * E-SOCIAL knowledge is a plus. **Specific Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Brazilian Labor Regulatory Standards (NRs), Social Security Legislation, and Ergonomics is desirable. **Additional Information** Work location: On-site in Bauru/SP **Benefits:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
