Lead legacy system modernization using pragmatic, incremental approaches. Implement solutions leveraging generative AI, microservices, and automation. Ensure quality, security, and governance in deliverables. **Technical Leadership** Develop and mentor engineering teams. Define architectural standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and pair programming as needed. **Solution Design** Design conceptual workflows and user journeys. Collaborate on usability validation and solution refinement. Perform rapid prototyping to validate concepts. **Mandatory Requirements** **Core Competencies** Exceptional problem-solving ability and systems thinking.
