Our differentiation lies in **customization, close customer proximity**, and a **bold vision to transform the Brazilian supply chain sector**. **Your Mission on the Team** Working as a **Mid-Level Developer** means applying your **technical maturity** to **deliver stable, secure, and functional solutions**, directly contributing to the **evolution of our digital products**. **This is a PJ position via cooperative, with full-time (full-time) dedication.** **Responsibilities** * **Develop new features** and **maintain existing systems**. * Write **clean and efficient code** in **.NET, C\#, and SQL Server**, integrating with **front\-end (HTML, CSS, JS)**. * **Collaborate in technical discussions**, suggesting **architectural and performance improvements**. * Ensure **quality through unit and integration testing**. * **Document processes** and support **continuous improvement**. * Participate in **agile ceremonies** (planning, review, retrospective). * Support less experienced professionals and collaborate on **code reviews**. * **Stay updated** with new technologies and industry best practices. **Role Challenges** * Help make our systems increasingly **agile, reliable, and secure**. * **Advance technically**, keeping pace with trends in **Microsoft technologies, front\-end development, and architecture**. * Support Ahlex’s consolidation as a **technological reference in SME supply chains**. **Requirements** * Degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering**, or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in **back\-end development with .NET and C\#**. * **Solid knowledge** of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server**. * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum or Kanban). **Valued Skills** * **Analytical ability** and **problem-solving skills**. * **Strong communication** and **collaboration within multidisciplinary teams**. * **Organization and attention to detail**. * **Proactivity** in suggesting technical improvements. **Important Note** This position is intended for **PJ hiring via cooperative**, with **full-time (full-time) dedication**.
