The Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in building and executing media strategies, **serving as the bridge between strategic planning and the practical implementation of campaigns**. Their responsibilities span a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the success of media initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Media Execution: * Coordinates team activities and executes the entire advertising space buying process (both offline and digital), up to campaign launch, ensuring efficiency at every stage. * Implements campaigns and submits PIs and materials. * Monitors campaign performance daily, ensuring KPI targets are met and adjusting strategies as needed. * Builds audiences and segments online campaigns. * Identifies errors in ad placement or insertion to execute appropriate compensation (based on TRP, budget, and audience level). * Ensures excellence in the media billing process, guaranteeing accuracy in records and proper control over PI execution and media vendor coordination. * Supports tactical planning by liaising with media vendors and requesting and analyzing proposals. * Ensures proper use and organization of the team’s Google Drive; Strategic Support: * Actively generates insights through data analysis, providing valuable information for campaign optimization. * Assists in preparing campaign reports. * Trains and leads other junior team members. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of digital platform implementation; * Understanding of on- and off-line media concepts; * Prior experience with VBS / AD media for media execution and TV scheduling. * Instar: Proficiency in using Instar for television audience data analysis. * Offline Media Knowledge: Familiarity with various offline media channels—including broadcast TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines—as well as understanding of offline media buying strategies. \#LI\-LF1 **About Monks** Monks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
