Job Summary: The Process Leader manages the receiving team and activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, safety, and results **Job Objective** The Process Leader is responsible for leading the temporary staff team and coordinating all activities related to the receiving process. Their role ensures that each step is executed safely, in accordance with established quality and productivity standards. They act as a facilitator between the operational team and management, monitoring equipment and process performance, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring achievement of planned objectives. **Responsibilities** **1\. Active Process Leadership** * Direct and strategic involvement in conducting operational activities, ensuring goal attainment and excellence in process execution. **2\. Team Management** * Lead, train, and develop operational teams, fostering a collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment. * Conduct daily alignment meetings to track results, disseminate information, and resolve issues. **3\. Quality Standards Assurance** * Continuously monitor quality parameters throughout the entire production process, applying necessary controls to ensure compliance with the quality plan. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and ensure result excellence. **4\. Process Management** * Analyze, standardize, and optimize processes, identifying improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and productivity. * Monitor and control performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives based on results. **5\. Workplace Safety** * Ensure all activities are conducted with a focus on safety, in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures. * Conduct safety training and reinforce good safety practices among employees, while monitoring adherence to established guidelines. **6\. Communication and Reporting** * Deliver periodic reports on operational progress, highlighting results, deviations, improvement opportunities, and implemented corrective actions. * Maintain ongoing communication with the team, providing updates on production performance and operational needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Experience in seed production. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Commitment to quality, safety, and results. * Analytical capability for process optimization. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. * Knowledge of production control tools and team management. * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). **Technical Skills** Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Experience in data analysis and report generation (preferred). Knowledge of programming logic (preferred). Prior experience in an industrial environment (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies:** Critical thinking and strong time management. Teamwork ability and assertive communication.
