Tech6 Group is seeking a **Junior Consultant** to work on support, implementation, and evolution projects for **T6 Enterprise**, the company's proprietary product. The role involves data analysis, SQL queries, data validation, and tracking requests related to the product and area’s projects. Daily activities include investigating inconsistencies, analyzing business rules, monitoring requests, and supporting day-to-day deliveries. We value collaborative individuals with initiative and investigative capability—those who strive to understand context before execution, identify risks, and pursue continuous learning and professional growth. **Responsibilities** * Support, implement, and evolve solutions within T6 Enterprise; * Develop SQL queries for data extraction, processing, analysis, and validation; * Assist in analyzing customer requests, incidents, questions, and inquiries; * Help investigate and resolve data and business rule inconsistencies; * Support creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards; * Support configurations, testing, registrations, and operational adjustments; * Organize and track tickets, and update ongoing project and request activities; * Collaborate with consulting, product, development, and support teams; * Assist with simple configurations, customizations, and integrations when needed; * Document activities, implemented solutions, business rules, test evidence, and usage guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Knowledge of SQL; * Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation; * Basic understanding of programming logic; * Organizational skills for managing requests and priorities; * Familiarity with ticketing, project, or task management tools; * Strong technical and functional documentation skills; * Basic knowledge of reporting or data visualization. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Power BI or similar tools; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front\-end technologies; * Familiarity with integrations and APIs; * Intermediate English for technical reading; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Prior experience in support, implementation, data handling, or customer service; * Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/food voucher (CAJU); * Remote work allowance; * Health insurance (regional plan with co-payment); * Dental insurance; * Education assistance; * Subsidy for English courses, encouraging continuous language development; * Employee referral program; * SESC partnership; * Birthday Day Off.
