**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Flexible working hours **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The **Data Center Management** area is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and maintenance of Information and Communication Technology environments supporting products and services offered to cooperatives, cooperative members, and the CCS conglomerate. Your role encompasses both the data center facilities infrastructure and the technological environments underpinning the Financial Services Platform – SISBR, ensuring continuous operation, monitoring, automation, and high reliability for business-critical environments. The team operates within a highly technological and strategic context, focused on innovation, observability, operational efficiency, and continuous evolution of the infrastructure supporting Sicoob’s financial services. **Responsibilities:** * Develop full-stack solutions focused on infrastructure automation and monitoring. * Develop systems using microservices architecture with GraphQL, FastAPI, and Next.js. * Refactor critical modules with emphasis on performance, security, and usability. * Develop solutions for traceability and control of high-value assets. * Support functional requirements gathering and business rule modeling. * Create and maintain APIs integrated with Zabbix 7 and Grafana. * Automate IoT devices using Modbus, BACnet, and SNMP protocols. * Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) for data center monitoring. * Develop integrations and pipelines in hybrid Linux/Windows environments. * Support infrastructure automation and observability initiatives. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Experience in software development. * Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience with GraphQL. * Experience with SNMP, BACnet, and Modbus protocols. * Experience in IoT development. * Linux knowledge. * Experience in API development and process automation. * Experience with microservices architecture. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Docker. * Experience with Databricks. * Experience in international projects. * Knowledge of Windows Server. * Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD. * Knowledge of Zabbix and Grafana. * Experience in data center monitoring and BMS systems. **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Program, Christmas Basket, Year-End Day Off, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit-Sharing Program, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Multi-Sponsored Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program – Internal Opportunity Matching, Well-Being Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher (optional), Wellhub
