We are seeking an **INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST**, responsible for managing indirect customer service, sample management, etc.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your mission on our team will be:**
* Manage customer service and support, ensuring excellence in communication and alignment of commercial and operational requirements.
* Administer the full order cycle, including order entry, portfolio tracking, negotiation of production timelines, and billing coordination, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
* Monitor and manage the order portfolio, proactively identifying opportunities and resolving potential delivery impacts.
* Coordinate the sample process, ensuring responsiveness to commercial needs and contributing to new business development.
* Interface with internal departments—including Production, Logistics, Sales, and Finance—to promote process integration and customer satisfaction.
* Support administrative activities within the department, ensuring process organization and operational efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What is required to apply:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in (Logistics, Administration, International Trade, or International Relations);
* Proficiency in English;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Knowledge of Oracle and Ecomex systems is a plus;
