You will work with guidance from more experienced professionals, contributing to solutions involving RAG, AI agents, structured and unstructured data, and system integrations. We do not expect professional experience or mastery of all listed technologies. We seek a candidate with a solid programming foundation, interest in artificial intelligence, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn through practical challenges. **How You Will Contribute:** * Support application and prototype development using Python; * Assist in creating and consuming APIs for integration among systems, databases, and AI models; * Contribute to developing RAG-based solutions; * Support building AI agents, preferably using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks; * Work with structured and unstructured data, including documents, text, PDFs, and other information sources; * Assist in preparing, organizing, cleaning, and validating data used by applications; * Support integrations with language model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar platforms; * Develop and refine simple web interfaces using frameworks like React or Next.js; * Participate in technical discussions about application architecture, scalability, maintenance, and development best practices; * Write clear, organized, and reusable code, with technical team oversight; * Support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of developed solutions; * Research technologies and alternatives to solve technical problems; * Use AI-powered development tools responsibly to accelerate programming, testing, and documentation tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Python; * Familiarity with API creation and consumption; * Experience with Git and code versioning; * Basic understanding of databases and data manipulation; * Interest in generative AI, language models, and AI-based applications; * Awareness of software architecture concepts, including separation of concerns, modularity, maintainability, and scalability; * Ability to research technical topics and learn new tools; * Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; * Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with technical and business teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other agent development frameworks; * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud; * Familiarity with React, Next.js, or another modern front-end framework; * Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search; * Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals; * Awareness of security, privacy, and responsible data handling in AI applications. **Your Journey at A\&M** We recognize that our employees are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an experience that fosters each individual’s unique professional and personal development.
