Lead with impact as you design, build, and maintain user\-facing features end\-to\-end that directly support how people and things move in the real world. **What You'll Do** * Build and maintain robust, scalable full\-stack solutions for the centralized pipeline, ensuring high performance, safety, and reliability at scale. * Navigate messy, high\-impact problems in fast\-changing environments, often without a clear starting point, to ship thoughtful and practical solutions at speed. * Own your work end\-to\-end: from the first design doc to debugging production issues when the stakes are high for our global user base. * Champion engineering best practices such as code health, comprehensive testing, and system design clarity. **What You'll Need** * \+7 years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining complex large\-scale applications. * Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, or Python) and frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, and React). * Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and designing high\-throughput, low\-latency APIs. * Proven ability to own project development end\-to\-end, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. * Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with globally distributed cross\-functional teams. **Bonus Points If** * Experience leading the technical direction of complex, cross\-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
