**As a Software Development Professional, you will:**
* Develop and maintain software components, applying best practices in coding, testing, and security.
* Identify problems, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and system architecture.
* Document processes and operate autonomously—even on complex deliveries involving multiple dependencies.
* Monitor application performance, track market trends, strictly adhere to security practices, and actively participate in training sessions—demonstrating proactivity and a collaborative spirit.
* Understand the importance of team processes—and already be able to follow all established processes.
* Provide development training (primarily technical) to junior team members, as needed.
**For this position, you must have:**
* Ability to design logical, efficient, and scalable computational solutions.
* Knowledge of code versioning—especially Git.
* Experience developing frontend applications using React and Next.js.
* Experience developing backend applications using Python and .NET.
* Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
* Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
* Experience with or familiarity with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar.
* Familiarity with agile methodology best practices, promoting continuous and collaborative delivery.
* Application of design patterns, clean code principles, and understanding of the application lifecycle.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation practices for build, testing, and deployment.
* Knowledge of modern architectures such as containers, microservices, and microfrontends.
* Knowledge of software development aligned with clean code, clean architecture, security, and observability principles.
* Intermediate English proficiency for conversation.
**It’s a plus if you have:**
* A completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced experience with React, Next.js, and the modern frontend ecosystem—including TypeScript, componentization, state management, and performance optimization.
* Advanced experience with Python and/or .NET in enterprise applications, APIs, distributed services, and system integrations.
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases in production environments.
* Experience with cloud platforms, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
* Experience with automated testing, observability, messaging systems, queues, or event-driven architecture.
