We seek a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js who wants to participate in the full development lifecycle and directly contribute to evolving a modern architecture based on microservices, microfrontends, and AWS serverless technologies. If you value technical autonomy, an innovative environment, a data-driven culture, and real social impact, this opportunity is for you. **Role Mission** Develop and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions, working across frontend and backend, contributing to the evolution of our architecture—built on microservices, microfrontends, and infrastructure-as-code—with consistent focus on user experience and technical excellence. **️ Tech Stack & Technologies** Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Context API, best practices), Microfrontends (Module Federation / Single\-SPA) Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch) Infrastructure: Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Database: MongoDB (NoSQL) DevOps: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Monitoring: DataDog, New Relic, CloudWatch Methodology: Agile / Scrum **Key Responsibilities** Develop frontend applications using React.js and microfrontend architecture Build and evolve serverless microservices with Node.js \+ TypeScript (AWS Lambda) Design, implement, and document RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform Model and optimize MongoDB queries Write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of code quality Monitor production applications and resolve incidents Collaborate with Product and Design teams on technical specifications for new features Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Use AI tools daily to support development, testing, documentation, and productivity gains Requirements: **What We’re Looking For** **Mandatory Requirements** +3 years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript Proficiency in React.js Solid backend experience with Node.js Experience developing RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with Git and Agile methodologies Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development Genuine interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning **✨ Nice-to-Have** Experience with microservice architecture Experience in high-availability and highly scalable environments AWS experience Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools Experience with Docker and containers Experience with CI/CD pipelines Strong culture of automated testing **Why Join Eyecare?** Strategic involvement in a growing startup/healthtech High level of technical autonomy Data-driven culture and metric-oriented decision-making Encouragement to adopt AI and emerging technologies Accelerated professional growth and direct impact on the product ️ Real social impact on the eye health of thousands of people Here, you won’t be just another developer—you’ll have space to propose ideas, build solutions, evolve architecture, and see your code create tangible impact.
