About the position: As a Senior Engineer, you will be on-site performing the following responsibilities: * Reviewing and interpreting executive design documents, supporting technical validation; * Conducting site surveys at properties/stores and receiving shell areas; * Providing technical support and coordination during tender equalization with the Procurement team; * Developing and monitoring construction schedules and third-party schedules; * Performing on-site supervision of construction works to ensure quality and schedule compliance; * Supporting and supervising store setup (furniture, linens, IT, and other items); * Financial control of the project; * Reviewing and approving supplier progress measurements; * Handing over completed works to Maintenance and Operations teams; * Active coordination with Projects, Finance, PMO, IT, Prevention, Maintenance, Marketing, Construction Contractors, and other third parties; * Direct communication with shopping center management; * Ensuring Capex adherence and meeting construction, setup, and inauguration deadlines; * Aligning with leadership to resolve queries, unforeseen issues, and conflicts between construction and design; * Developing proposals and solutions to reduce Capex. 2512050202181904616
