Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions. * Propose analytical approaches and predictive models to optimize outcomes. * Develop and validate Machine Learning models. * Design experiments and validate hypotheses based on evidence. * Prepare and analyze data for model development. * Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements. * Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience developing and validating Machine Learning models. * Hands-on experience with classification, regression, or segmentation techniques. * Experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering. * Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and statistical validation. * Experience with model tuning and overfitting prevention. * Ability to formulate hypotheses and evaluate results using metrics. * Experience preparing and processing data for analysis. * Ability to translate technical analyses into actionable business recommendations. * Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for improvement. * Experience deploying and monitoring models in production. * Familiarity with training pipelines and model versioning. * Experience with A/B testing or impact evaluation. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience in projects related to risk, recommendation, churn, or segmentation. * Experience in the financial sector or fintech industry. * Knowledge of customer behavior analysis.
