Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide user support for incident tickets; * Assist with registration and maintenance of the E-Commerce platform (VTEX); * Support IT systems for business areas according to their needs; * Provide support, maintenance, configuration, and development for internal and third-party E-Commerce systems; * Monitor individual testing and participate in the implementation of developed systems; * Assist in transforming data into information to generate insights and identify opportunities; Work with VTEX configuration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Expected graduation date: second semester of 2027 or later. **REQUIRED** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **PREFERRED** * Interest in VTEX; * Experience providing customer service via live chat on e-commerce platforms (commercial, financial, and SSC support); * Knowledge of marketplace customer service centers (SAC); * Knowledge of digital sales and marketing. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Internship stipend; * Hybrid work model; * Christmas bonus (equivalent to a 13th-month salary); * Company-provided transportation route; * 100% covered health insurance; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Monthly product kit; * Gympass membership.
