This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to accelerate their technical growth through hands-on experience in cloud-native environments, infrastructure as code, automation, and high-availability platform maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Provide support and troubleshooting for applications running on Kubernetes. * Perform analysis and debugging of applications and infrastructure. * Create, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines. * Provision and modify cloud resources using Terraform. * Develop and maintain AWS Lambda and Lambda@Edge functions for redirects and automations. * Make code changes when necessary to support operations and new features. * Support deployments, releases, and environment maintenance activities. * Collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements. * Contribute to technical documentation for implemented solutions. **What We Are Looking For?** * Knowledge of Linux operating systems. * Experience or interest in working across both infrastructure and development domains. * Knowledge of Git and code versioning. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar. * Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts. * Proficiency in programming or automation languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Shell Script, or similar. * Understanding of networking concepts, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, and REST APIs. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Hands-on mindset and passion for solving technical problems. * Genuine curiosity and interest in emerging technologies. * Ability to quickly learn and share knowledge. * Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. * Organized approach and strong sense of responsibility. * Proactive identification of improvements and automation opportunities. * Analytical capability for incident investigation and problem resolution. * Continuous improvement mindset with results-oriented focus. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with AWS and its core services (Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, and Route53). * Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration. * Knowledge of Lambda@Edge. * Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation. * Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). * Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar. * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and troubleshooting. * Spanish language proficiency is considered a plus. **What You’ll Find Here** * Daily exposure to modern technologies and cloud-native environments. * Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. * Active participation in infrastructure, automation, and technological transformation projects. * Collaborative environment encouraging experimentation and technical growth. * Exposure to best practices in DevOps, SRE, Observability, and Cloud Computing.
