Conducts code reviews, provides technical knowledge transfer, and prioritizes user stories. **Requirements and qualifications** We are seeking a Technology Leader passionate about technology, with solid experience in system architecture, software engineering best practices, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. This professional will be responsible for providing technical direction for projects, promoting decisions aligned with business objectives, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions. **Responsibilities** * Lead squads technically, promoting software engineering best practices and DevOps culture. * Support and guide the development team on architectural patterns, testing, version control, and code review. * Serve as the technical reference for resolving complex problems and validating technical and technological decisions. * Support writing and validating BDD user stories, contributing to behavior-driven development closely aligned with real-world needs. * Actively participate in inception and discovery workshops, ensuring technical requirements are clear and well-defined from the outset. * Promote integration among development, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams, ensuring continuous, high-quality deliveries. * Ensure solutions align with modern security, scalability, and performance practices. * Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas, translating business needs into viable and efficient solutions. **Technical Requirements** * Completed higher education degree (technologist, undergraduate, and/or lato sensu postgraduate and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology. * Solid experience in software architecture and technical leadership within agile teams. * Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: * Python; * PHP; * JavaScript (Node.js or Front-end frameworks). * Experience with hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud, preferably Azure). * Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). * Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or ARM). * Knowledge of authentication/authorization using Keycloak or similar tools. * Familiarity with observability: Prometheus, Grafana, and structured logging. * Experience integrating AI or interest in machine learning-based solutions is a plus. **Additional information** In continuous evolution, we foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and ease. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
