World-leading company in automotive engineering **Key Responsibilities**: Development of vehicle calibration (OBD, Automatic Transmissions, Drivability, and base calibration). Defining requirements according to customer needs and project specifications; implementing and monitoring reference vehicles/dynamometer test benches. Preparing project control documents, status reports, and change planning. Providing customer support regarding quality and product requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation and Control, or Computer Science); * Languages: Advanced English; German is a plus; * Programming and algorithm knowledge, Python, C/C\+\+, Matlab/Simulink, internal combustion engines, transmissions, and/or general electronics; * Knowledge of automotive electronic architecture; * Knowledge and experience in automotive project management; * Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, INCA, MOST, etc.); * Experience in engine and transmission calibration; * Experience and knowledge of automotive product development processes. **The Company**: IAV is one of the world’s leading companies providing engineering services for the automotive industry.
