Job Details Type of contract: * Freelance (PJ) Professional area: Information Technology / IT Work modality: Remote Responsibilities and duties Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, structuring clinical and administrative data models. Orchestrate and segment patient profiles in Data Cloud to enhance triggering of new procedures. Build intuitive service interfaces and optimized workflows in the Service Console for operations teams. Develop and maintain modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Apex. Configure native Service Cloud features such as Omnichannel, skill-based routing, and messaging channels. Execute system integrations and data modeling using REST/SOAP APIs and SOQL/SOSL query language. Deploy code and automations using DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Git, and Copado. Requirements and qualifications Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud. Proficiency in programmatic Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, triggers, and LWC components. Advanced knowledge of native automation tools such as Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record\-Triggered, and Schedule\-Triggered). Solid experience in data modeling, migration, unification, and source definition within the Data Cloud ecosystem. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, code versioning tools, and deployment management (Git or Jenkins). Ability to create management reports and interactive dashboards using Service Cloud Analytics.
