We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to join an innovative AGR Tech project from the ground up, focused on building a neural\-language\-based communication system for client interactions. In this role, you will work directly with the CTO, contributing to both technical architecture and product evolution in a highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling modern fullstack applications, with a strong emphasis on AI\-driven solutions and LLM integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, has strong ownership mindset, and is excited about applying artificial intelligence to solve real business problems. Opportunity for Brazil residents only What you'll do Design and develop scalable fullstack applications from scratch Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI Develop modern frontend interfaces using React Collaborate directly with the CTO on technical decisions and product strategy Design and implement AI\-powered workflows and LLM integrations Research, test, and apply new AI technologies to improve product capabilities Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance improvements Participate in rapid product iterations and technical validations Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders in a fast\-paced startup environment Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best development practices Requirements\+3 years of experience in Fullstack Software Development Knowledge in Python backend development Experience building frontend applications with Javascript/React Experience designing and consuming REST APIs Interest in or hands\-on experience with LLMs, AI tools, or AI\-based products Strong problem\-solving skills and critical thinking Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions Comfort working in early\-stage products with evolving requirements Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Nice\-to\-have: Experience with Python and FastAPIExperience with AI agents, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Startup or product\-building experience Experience working closely with technical leadership or founders Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$2,566\.45 \- R$16,359\.12 per month Work Location: Remote
