Job Summary: Our Front-End/UX team is seeking curious and collaborative professionals to evaluate, suggest improvements, assist in defining features, and transform ideas into code. Key Highlights: 1. Guiding other teams on development standards and best practices. The Front\-End/UX team is expected to demonstrate curiosity and strong interpersonal engagement (aimed at identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement across LigaMagic’s systems). This team enjoys the freedom to define front-end development best practices, development standards, and screen-level technologies—ensuring agile and high-quality development. Work will be closely aligned with the architecture and technical leadership teams to ensure the technical sustainability of proposed solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate and suggest usability improvements for production systems Assist in defining new features for LigaMagic Transform ideas into code, fully realizing screen designs Guide other teams on development standards and best practices Additional Information **Junior Salary Range:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 **Mid-Level Salary Range:** R$ 4\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00\.
