Join our team in an environment where empathy and creativity are the recipe for cultivating and harvesting consistently outstanding results! **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop AI-based digital assistant architectures; * Build conversational flows using frameworks such as LangChain; * Integrate large language models (LLMs) with RAG techniques for more accurate responses; * Develop APIs, microservices, and web interfaces for interaction with the assistant; * Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines; * Monitor performance, accuracy, and user experience, driving continuous improvements; * Integrate the digital assistant with existing systems; * Document solutions and propose technical and business improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with Python and JavaScript; * Knowledge of AI frameworks (especially LangChain); * Experience with RAG techniques; * Knowledge of AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, CloudWatch); * Experience with REST APIs and system integration; * Ability to monitor and optimize AI solution performance; * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience developing enterprise conversational assistants; * Knowledge of UX applied to AI interfaces; * Experience in highly technically complex environments. **What We Offer:** * Employment model: PJ (individual contractor); * Birthday Day Off; * Paid leave of 15 days after one year of employment; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; **Work Model:** 100% remote work, with occasional on-site visits to the client in São José dos Campos \- SP.
