We are building the infrastructure that transforms AI into real-world operations for medium- and large-sized Brazilian enterprises. Slow and bureaucratic customer experience, data scattered across spreadsheets, repetitive manual processes, decisions based on guesswork — these are some of the problems we solve for our clients. **About the position** Hands-on role (you write code directly). Initially, you perform technical work, decide on architecture, propose tech stack, and do not manage people. Over time, the role grows: eventually, you join technical meetings directly with clients and lead freelancers + future hires — always coding alongside them, reviewing code, and providing technical direction. * Contract type: PJ (individual entrepreneur) * Work arrangement: Remote-first (Belo Horizonte preferred for occasional in-person meetings) * Compensation range: R$ 8.000–12.000/month full-time (Full-Time, negotiable for the right candidate) * Initial commitment: Part-time (Part-Time, ~20h/week) for 1–3 months as a trial period * Trial compensation: R$ 4.000–7.000 pro-rata → full-time (Full-Time) thereafter **Current tech stack** * Frontend / Full-stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript 5, Tailwind 4 + shadcn / Radix * Backend / Database: Supabase in some projects (managed PostgreSQL + Auth + Storage + Edge Functions); direct PostgreSQL in others, depending on client needs * Automation: n8n (self-hosted) * AI Agents: voice agent (language model + speech-to-text / text-to-speech), chat (WhatsApp/web) * Validation / Forms: Zod, react-hook-form * AI tools used daily: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar — intensive usage **This role is not a good fit if you** * View AI (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex) as a threat or mere decoration * Only know how to use AI without a solid foundation in traditional infrastructure + development * Are a language model specialist (focused on training models / RAG / pure Machine Learning) and want to work on models themselves, rather than systems that use models Compensation: R$7.000,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Selection question(s): * Describe a system you built from scratch.
