We seek someone with a strong technical foundation in the frontend ecosystem, familiarity with various market stacks and tools, and genuine sensitivity to UX/UI — someone who not only implements designs but also understands and questions the experience behind interfaces. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, has prior experience working closely with designers in Figma, and is continuously evolving their expertise in modern frontend technologies, including AI-assisted development. **Responsibilities and Duties** Frontend Development * Develop and evolve user interfaces with emphasis on visual quality, performance, and accessibility * Work with React/Next.js and Angular, demonstrating familiarity with diverse approaches and paradigms across the frontend ecosystem * Build reusable components using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui, and Radix UI, adhering to the product’s design system standards * Style interfaces primarily with Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and fidelity to design * Use headless components from Radix UI and Shadcn/ui to ensure accessibility and visual standardization * Implement responsive interfaces adapted to multiple devices * Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs following best practices for state management and performance * Build interfaces incorporating AI features: chat, copilots, and response streaming using SDKs such as the Vercel AI SDK * Ensure interface performance based on Core Web Vitals and analysis with Lighthouse UX/UI and Figma * Collaborate closely and effectively with designers, participating from prototyping through handoff * Master Figma as a daily working tool: reading prototypes, inspecting components, design tokens, and collaborating * Create and iterate prototypes in Figma to validate flows and interactions * Identify and suggest improvements to usability, visual consistency, and navigation flow * Ensure implementation faithfully reflects approved designs, without loss of visual or interactive quality * Apply accessibility best practices (WCAG, WAI\-ARIA) from design through delivery Quality and Collaboration * Write automated unit and integration tests * Participate constructively in code reviews * Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to refine and deliver features **Required Qualifications** Languages and Fundamentals * TypeScript (mandatory across the entire stack) * Modern JavaScript (ES6\+) * Semantic HTML5 * CSS3: Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness, animations * Accessibility: WCAG 2\.1, WAI\-ARIA * Git (collaborative workflow, branching, PRs) Frontend Frameworks and Stacks * React with Hooks and sound componentization practices * Next.js: SSR, SSG, ISR, Server Components * Angular: modular architecture, Dependency Injection, RxJS Styling and Design Systems * Tailwind CSS as the primary styling approach * Shadcn/ui for building and standardizing components * Radix UI for headless and accessible components UX/UI and Figma * Experience with Figma: prototypes, components, design tokens, handoff * Practical understanding of UX: user journey, usability heuristics, navigation flows * Ability to create and iterate navigable prototypes * Proven history of collaboration with designers on real projects Integration * Consuming REST APIs * Web Performance: Core Web Vitals, loading best practices **Highly Valued Qualifications** * TanStack Query for asynchronous state management * Zustand for global state * RxJS for reactive streams * GraphQL * Node.js at the integration and scripting level * Vercel AI SDK or equivalents for LLM integration * PWA and responsive mobile development * React Native, Capacitor, or Ionic for hybrid mobile apps * E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress * Unit testing with Vitest or Jest * CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI * Storybook for component documentation **Differentiators** * Knowledge of other frontend stacks: Astro, Svelte, Qwik, Vue * Angular Material and enterprise component libraries * Edge rendering and deployment on edge functions * Integration with ASP.NET Core or FastAPI/Flask backend APIs * Authentication with Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, or OAuth2/OIDC providers * Productive use of AI tools in development: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents * Experience with design tokens and design system versioning **AI in Development** We use and encourage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor as part of the development lifecycle — not as substitutes for technical reasoning, but as accelerators of quality and productivity.
