Job Summary: Amazon is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst for the Fulfillment Center (FC) team, focused on data analysis, process optimization, and strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment. Optimization of Inbound, Outbound, and Quality processes **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Amazon Brazil team is looking for a Logistics Operations Analyst to join the Fulfillment Center (FC) team. This person will serve as a Data Analyst for FC operations, responsible for in-depth analyses (dive deep), creation of reports and dashboards to support necessary analyses for process optimization. This person will be responsible for managing FC data and processes, ensuring operational performance and compliance across Inbound, Outbound, and Quality operations. They will work in a highly collaborative environment—more akin to a startup than a large corporation. This person must thrive and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment where data-driven analysis and decision-making are critical to operational success. Key job responsibilities * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance; * Conduct in-depth analyses (dive deep) to identify opportunities for improving operational processes; * Support system configuration to optimize Inbound, Outbound, and Quality processes; * Analyze data from multiple sources, identify relevant trends, and support strategic business decision-making; * Propose simple and effective solutions to complex problems based on data analysis; * Build and implement analytical tools to enhance operational efficiency; * Conduct root-cause investigations of operational issues. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree * Experience in data analysis or related field * Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R); * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros; * Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Advanced English; * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana).
