The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service quality. **Qualifications** * Customer service, customer support, and customer representative skills * Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving customer experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus * Proficiency in Portuguese * Knowledge of English and/or Mandarin will be considered advantageous Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
