




Job Summary: Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing testing roadmaps by analyzing user journeys and formulating hypotheses to drive an experimentation culture. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in promoting a culture of experimentation and optimization **Key Responsibilities:** **Optimization Roadmap:** Develop and manage a prioritized testing roadmap based on analysis and impact potential (using frameworks such as PIE: Potential, Importance, Ease). **Journey Analysis:** Conduct in-depth analysis of the conversion funnel and user journey to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. **Hypothesis Formulation:** Create well-grounded test hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data, as well as consumer psychology principles. **Test Management:** Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of A/B and multivariate tests autonomously. **Result Analysis:** Analyze test results with statistical rigor, interpret the data, and translate learnings into concrete actions and business insights. **Testing Culture:** Collaborate with UX/UI and Development teams to foster a company-wide culture of continuous experimentation and optimization. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Proven 2–3 years of experience in CRO, with a portfolio of tests and achieved results. **Tools:** Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and expertise in at least one A/B testing platform (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty). Solid experience with qualitative analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity). **In-Depth Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of statistics applied to testing, CRO methodologies, UX (User Experience) principles, and persuasion psychology. Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is often required. **Data Communication:** Ability to “tell the story” behind the data (data storytelling), presenting results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. **Skills:** Strategic and critical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
