




Job Summary: This role supports daily CRM operations, relationship campaigns, and automation, with a focus on continuous optimization and metric analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of metrics and optimization of customer journeys Description: * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; * Strong written communication skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Knowledge of RD Station (CRM and automations); * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and digital communication routines. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience or exposure to VTEX (panel access, orders, customers, subscriptions); * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; * Basic understanding of automation, CRM, customer journeys, or UX Writing; * Interest in CRM for e-commerce and customer retention. * Support daily CRM tool operations, focusing on RD Station and WhatsApp Business; * Execute relationship campaigns (e-mail, WhatsApp, and automations) following marketing team-defined calendars and segmentations; * Assist in creating and maintaining automation workflows, relationship sequences, and lead/customer segmentation; * Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly reports; * Conduct A/B testing of campaigns and contribute to continuous optimization of customer journeys; * Assist in organizing and cleaning lead and customer databases; * Support the team in integrating CRM activities with brand, performance, and e-commerce campaigns; * Support the team in monitoring customer interactions when necessary, especially within automated journeys. 2512050202181904871
