We seek engaged, organized professionals who believe in the power of education to transform lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Active and responsive customer service via phone, electronic channels, and in person. * Enroll students with a focus on maximizing conversion rates and school growth. * Generate and register new leads. * Conduct follow-up calls to attract prospective students. * Develop commercial action plans. * Execute strategic external initiatives. * Identify and establish partnerships with companies, schools, and colleges. * Map the local area. * Conduct competitor research. * Plan and execute internal and external events. * Post-sales support. * Create content for social media. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Enjoy interacting with people. * Results orientation — Ability to identify company objectives and understand how one’s own work/area contributes to achieving them. * Customer orientation — Ability to recognize customer needs and expectations and deliver solutions accordingly. * Persuasion/negotiation skills — Ability to communicate effectively and use logical-rational or symbolic resources to convince others to accept an idea, adopt an attitude, or take action. * Planning and organization — Direct efforts toward achieving departmental goals with minimal time and resource expenditure. * Creativity and innovation — Introduce new initiatives into daily operations. * Proactivity — Take initiative in solving problems and self-manage responsibilities. * Technological knowledge — Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital media. * Ethics and self-motivation. * Ability to work well under pressure. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1400 * Meal allowance: R$ 223 * Transportation voucher paid via card * Commission per sale * Totalpass * Study grant * Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fixed day off on Thursdays. **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is a network specializing in English and Spanish instruction with over 50 years of experience in the market and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
