By joining our talent pool, **your profile will be registered in our database, and we may contact you in the short, medium, or long term as opportunities arise.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** Depending on your experience level and the project, you may: * Develop and maintain corporate applications in Java * Maintain and evolve legacy systems * Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs * Implement batch routines (e.g., JavaBatch / Spring Batch) * Design relational data models and optimize SQL queries * Apply best practices, architectural patterns, and development principles * Conduct code reviews and promote technical standards * Write unit tests and ensure delivery quality * Support deployments and environment stabilization * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) * Propose technical, architectural, and performance improvements * Ensure application stability, security, and availability * Research and adopt new architectures and technologies ### **Mandatory Requirements:** We seek professionals with experience in part or most of the following technology stack: ### **Backend & Frameworks** * Java (Java EE 7/8 or later) * Spring Framework / Spring Boot / Quarkus * EJB * JSF (JavaServer Faces) with PrimeFaces * Hibernate (ORM) * JSP * Development of RESTful and SOAP APIs * JavaBatch / Spring Batch ### **Databases** * Oracle * SQL Server * Relational data modeling * Query optimization ### **Frontend & Web** * HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Bootstrap * Angular (a plus) ### **Servers & Infrastructure** * WebSphere 8\.5 or equivalents (JBoss, WildFly) * Docker (containerization) * Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP * Azure DevOps (pipelines and version control) * CONTROL\-M (workflow management and scheduling) ### **Quality & Engineering** * JUnit for unit testing * Git for version control * Experience with agile methodologies * Application of development standards and best practices ### **What We Value:** * Ownership mindset; * Technical accountability; * Ability to work autonomously; * Collaborative attitude; * Interest in technical growth and contributing to the team; * Openness to learning new technologies and tools. **Please remember:** This is a talent pool initiative — not an immediate job opening — but rather a registration for future opportunities.
