You will join Grupo Boticário’s Loyalty team, focused on the "Meu Clube Multi" product. Our challenge is to manage and evolve the loyalty program targeting millions of independent sales representatives, developing strategic levers to encourage behaviors such as point redemption and brand engagement.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**

* **Proactive Problem Resolution:** Take initiative in planning and refinement to transform abstract ideas into concrete tasks. Contribute to documented post\-mortems and action plan execution. Identify problems and outages, focusing on troubleshooting and root cause resolution;
* **Collaborative Culture and Mentoring:** Help teammates advance technically through pair programming, code reviews, and feedback. Share your technical knowledge with teammates, positioning yourself as a reference. Empower other team members in secure development, acting as a security ambassador within the team;
