Job Summary: We are seeking Analysts to manage operations, provide administrative and managerial support, and work in logistics for a major player in the petroleum industry. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth within an innovative international consulting firm We are looking for Analysts to join our team. This role is critical to meeting the needs of one of the leading players in Brazil's petroleum market, within a logistics-focused project. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Oversee operation management and administrative and managerial support. * Schedule transportation services. * Issue transport invoices for goods, equipment, materials, and services. * Record transport invoices, CTEs, and other documents. * Adjust protocols and create incoming reservations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree. All fields of study are welcome! **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in tax or logistics areas. * Experience in business areas or operational aspects related to the oil and gas industry. * Knowledge of tax legislation. * MS Office. * SAP. **Additional Information:** * Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in Rio de Janeiro or Macaé (RJ) on an occasional basis. **HERE TO DARE** **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Some of our benefits are flexible, allowing you to allocate them according to your needs, interests, and life stage.
