Job Summary: Lead Angular-based web interface development, modernize front-ends, and define architecture standards, ensuring security and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Define and evolve front-end architecture standards . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead Angular-based web interface development, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability; * Translate business requirements and banking customer journeys into efficient and secure digital experiences; * Modernize legacy front-ends (e.g., MVC, WebForms, outdated portals) to a modern SPA-based architecture; * Define and evolve front-end architecture standards, including componentization, modules, design systems, and micro frontends (where applicable); * Develop and maintain applications using Angular best practices; * Ensure compliance with banking security requirements and LGPD; * Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization for critical applications; * Collaborate with backend, architecture, and UX teams to ensure end-to-end consistency; * Support technical decisions and mentor junior professionals; * Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in front-end development using Angular 17+; * Knowledge of MVC and microfrontend architectures; * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Experience with TypeScript; * Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR); * Hands-on experience with AWS, using S3 and CloudFront for application delivery.
