AI Automation Specialist (Remote – Brazil, Full\-Time) \| Caldry Roofing **Job Type:** Full\-Time Remote Contractor **Location:** Remote – Must be based in Brazil **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, with required overlap with US Eastern Time business hours **Compensation:** R$31 – R$52 per hour (approximately R$5,400 – R$9,000 per month), based on demonstrated skill. Paid in USD equivalent ($6–$10 USD/hour) via Wise or similar. We're looking for a full\-time AI Automation Specialist to help us work smarter across the entire business. What You'll Actually Do This is not a "play with ChatGPT" role. You'll be building and maintaining real systems that save our team hours every week: * Design, test, and refine prompts and AI workflows for sales scripts, customer follow\-up, and internal documentation * Build and maintain automations connecting our tools (Gmail, JobNimbus CRM, Google Workspace) using AI APIs (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom Python scripts) * Audit our existing processes and proactively identify where AI can remove manual work * Keep up with new AI capabilities and translate them into practical wins for a roofing company — not tech demos * Document everything you build so it's maintainable and trainable Who We're Looking For * **Based in Brazil** — this is a hard requirement * **Fluent English, written and spoken** — you'll communicate directly with our US\-based team daily.
