POSITION: Junior Operations Center Technician IN THIS ROLE, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO: Dispatch and close secondary incident responses for operational teams, ensuring activities are executed within regulatory deadlines and complying with all Enel safety and quality procedures. * Dispatch and close secondary and priority incidents (ANEEL/EMERGENCY/VITAL/PRIORITY) * Immediate deployment of teams requested by COS for de-energization and feeder monitoring **Monitor teams in real time** * Guide electricians on proper use of the communication system available in service vehicles; * Perform switching operations on the electrical system to support scheduled interventions and restoration after unscheduled outages; * Support low-voltage emergency response operations; * Conduct call-backs for work orders **Generate work orders** * Monitor and ensure all teams are registered in the dispatch system, as well as maintain skill profiles for each electrician. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical qualification in Electrotechnology; Join us at the industry-leading company, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to building increasingly sustainable energy—and bring your talent to help change the world with us!
