Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring weaving machines to ensure fabric production meets quality standards and for controlling processes to maintain continuous workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor weaving machines for fabric production. 2. Perform process control, identifying and correcting faults. 3. Ensure quality standards and resource optimization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for operating and monitoring weaving machines to ensure fabric production complies with established quality standards; Perform process control, identifying and correcting potential faults to ensure continuous production flow; Operate weaving machines, adjusting configurations according to specifications of the fabric to be produced; Monitor machine operation during production, identifying and correcting faults or irregularities; Perform yarn changes, warp preparation, and other materials required for the weaving process; Inspect produced fabrics to ensure compliance with established quality standards; Control material usage to avoid waste and optimize resources; Record daily production and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Education; Proactive attitude; Proven experience in this role.
