Ensure customer satisfaction and resource coordination We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Quality Supervisor at Provider Soluções Tecnológicas. This position is critical to ensuring all processes deliver the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Supervise the quality team, composed of quality monitors, instructors, customer service support staff, and content specialists; develop training/capacity-building plans and retraining programs for customer service representatives. Close collaboration with branch supervisors and regional coordinators is required to provide inputs for service quality improvement. Responsible for implementing continuous improvement methodologies, quality management, and process management, coordinating human and technological resources related to service quality. Emphasis on technology development and innovative projects to enhance quality control and improve customer service. Also responsible for coordinating and ensuring all necessary inputs for audits, judicial hearings, and handling complaints from various channels, such as the ombudsman office, Procon, and ANEEL. REQUIREMENTS\-EDUCATION: Completed bachelor's degree. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of knowledge in quality-related processes and practices.
