We seek someone passionate about technology, eager to learn and collaborate in building innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance our customers’ experience. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Be passionate about technology and stay updated on industry trends; * Enjoy learning and working with diverse technologies and programming languages; * Actively participate in team routines, proposing and discussing solutions aligned with business objectives; * Maintain a critical mindset and sense of ownership regarding daily deliverables; * Monitor and leverage team metrics and KPIs to identify and propose improvements, sustainability initiatives, and new opportunities; * Collaborate in designing and evolving team workflows to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; * Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain the health of delivered software and services; * Continuously improve codebases, balancing delivery speed and quality; * Provide and accept feedback as part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment; * Take ownership of your self-development and professional career progression. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Object-oriented programming; * Experience with **Java (8, 11, or 17)** and/or **Kotlin**; * Frameworks such as **Spring Boot**, **Spring Data**, and use of **JPA**; * REST API design; * Microservices architecture; * Knowledge of principles such as **SOLID**, **Clean Code**, and design patterns; * Experience with **CI/CD** and automation tools; * Unit and integration testing; * Knowledge of **Docker** and containerization; * Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS); * Relational and non-relational databases.
