Perform and verify grain and co-product analyses, evaluating visual aspects, moisture content, and potential contamination. Manage vehicle flow, conducting inspections and rejecting loads that fail to meet quality, safety, or documentation criteria. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities and equipment per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the 5S program. Monitor appropriate use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), fostering a safe work environment compliant with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead and guide the operational team, organizing shift schedules and rotations, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of targets and timelines. Conduct technical and safety training, manage overtime hours, and substitute operators as needed. * Support maintenance activities by performing minor repairs and functional tests, reporting failures and irregularities to the responsible department.
